| 摘 要： | 目的 了解江苏省海门市肺结核病合并糖尿病(TB-DM)流行现状,探索TB-DM的防治方法。 方法 对2009年海门市新登记的TB-DM病例进行调查和分析。 结果 TB-DM占全年新登记肺结核病总数的5.9%,TB-DM的痰涂片阳性率和空洞病变率均高于单纯性肺结核病。TB-DM病例与单纯肺结核病用标准抗结核短程化疗方案治疗效果差异无统计学意义。 结论 在肺结核患者中开展糖尿病筛查,在出现呼吸道症状的糖尿病患者中开展肺结核病筛查均具有较为积极的意义。TB-DM病例在积极治疗糖尿病的同时进行标准抗结核短程化疗也可取得较为满意的疗效。
