患者的就医感受差异对再就医选择的影响研究

目的:了解不同级别医疗机构患者的就医感受,探讨其对再就医选择的影响,为医疗机构进一步完善医疗服务策略,合理分流患者提供依据。方法:采用分层与方便抽样的方法,对遂宁市城区各级各类医疗机构共1 072例患者进行问卷调查,调查内容包括患者的基本情况、患者此次的就医感受及患病的再就医选择。结果:患者的文化程度、就业状况、医保类型及家庭人均月收入均会影响其再就医选择。不同级别医疗机构患者的就医感受存在差异,其中患者就医时检查所花时间、医疗机构环境及对医务人员的信任程度对患者再就医选择的影响有统计学意义。结论:各级各类医疗机构应强化以患者为中心的观念,有针对性的改善就医环境及流程,缩小由于就医感受带来的对医疗机构的偏见,促使患者更加从病情出发选择医疗机构。

Study on factors affecting the patients' medical choice under the differences of the medical treatment

Objective:To know the patients' medical treatment feeling and analyze its influencing factors for medical rechoice,for medical institutions to further improve the medical service strategy,provide basis for reasonable istributary patients.Methods:1072 cases of patients were surveyed from 9 different medical institutions with self-made questionnaire,including the general data,the medical treatment feeling and medical choice.Results: The educational level,employment status,medical insurance and monthly income were factors affecting the medical choice.Different levels of medical institutions had different medical treatment experience,the time spent on medical examination,the medical institution environment and the degree of trust in the medical staff had a significant influence on the choice of patients to seek medical treatment.Conclusion: Medical institutions at all levels should further enhance the concept of patient-centered and improve medical environment and process to reduce the bias due to the different medical treatment feeling,prompte people can choose medical institutions more rationally when suffering illness.
