应用品管圈活动提高消毒供应中心护理人员手卫生的效果研究

目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高消毒供应中心护理人员手卫生的效果。方法:选取消毒供应中心14名护理人员为研究对象,于2016年起实施品管圈活动,比较品管圈活动实施前后护理人员的手卫生理论知识、实践操作、执行率及综合能力的变化。结果:品管圈活动后,护理人员的理论知识、操作实践得分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员在打包前、接触无菌物品、脱手套后等方面的洗手执行率高于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员在工作积极性、解决问题的能力、品管(QC)手法的运用等方面的得分高于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动能够提高消毒供应中心护理人员的手卫生的执行率,改善工作人员的综合能力。

Study on the application of quality control circle activity on improving hand hygiene of nurses in disinfection supply center

Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle activity on improving the hand hygiene of nurses in disinfection supply center.Methods:14 nurses in disinfection supply centerwere were selected as the research object,and the quality control circle activity was carried out in 2016.The theoretical knowledge,practical operation,executive rate and comprehensive ability of nursing staff were compared before and after the implementation of quality control circle.Results:After the quality control circle activity,the theoretical knowledge and practice scores of nursing staff were higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hand washing rate of the nursing staff in the pre-packaged,contact with sterile items,gloves,etc were higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of nurses in the work enthusiasm,ability of solving problems,the using of QC techniques and other aspects of the score was higher than before,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle activity can improve the implementation rate of hand hygiene of nurses in disinfection supply center,and improve the comprehensive ability of staff.
