| Abstract: | The paper is briefly about the uses,properties,traits,and the structure of the medical oxygen-cabin.Aiming at safety management ,it analyzes the cause of probable accidents,and specifically dwells on the personnel responsibilities of management, operation,and maintenance . Various safety measures and regulations are also introduced, and along with it, the designing and practice of the ground connection of thunderbolt - proof and anti-electrostatic appliances. |
