上消化道多原发癌的X线表现及漏、误诊原因分析

目的 探讨上消化道多原发癌的X线表现及漏、误诊原因。方法 分析12例上消化道多原发癌的X线表现.结果 所有癌瘤均位于食管中段至胃小弯间,12例中术前X线明确诊断1例(8．3％),11例(91．7％)术前X线漏、误诊。结论 上消化道多原发癌X线检查易发生漏、误诊,提高对本病的认识有助于正确的诊断。

Multiple primary carcinomas of upper digestive tract:An analysis of the X-ray manifestation and the causes of leaky diagnosis and misdiagnosis

Objective To study the X-ray manifestations and the causes of leaky diagnosis and misdiagnosis of multiple primary carcinomas of upper digestive tract. Methods 12 cases of multiple primary carcinomas of upper digestive tract were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively. Results The carcinomas of all 12 cases located between in the middle part of esophagus and stomach, 1 case(8.3%) was correctly diagnosed and 11 cases were leaky diagnosed and misdiagnosed. Conclusions Multiple primary carcinomas of upper digestive are easy leaky diagnosis and misdiagnosis, the X-ray manifestations and the causes of leaky diagnosis and misdiagnosis of multiple primary carcinomas of upper digestive shall be paid regard to and that will improve the level of diagnosis.
