78例晚期低分化下咽癌疗效分析

目的探讨单纯放疗、诱导化疗加放疗、放疗加同步化疗治疗晚期低分化下咽癌的临床效果。方法回顾性分析收治的下咽癌78例,其中单纯放疗21例,诱导化疗加放疗32例,放疗加同步化疗25例。结果单纯放疗、诱导化疗加放疗、放疗加同步化疗三年生存率分别为23.81%、25.00%、44.00%,三年局部控制率分别为19.05%、21.88%、36.00%。结论单纯放疗、诱导化疗加放疗、放疗加同步化疗治疗晚期低分化下咽癌疗效相似。

Advanced low differentiation laryngeal pharynx cancer: an efficacy analysis of 78 cases

Objective To outline the efficacy of radiotherapy alone,induction chemotherapy plus radiotherapy,radiotherapy plus synergic chemotherapy for advanced low differentiation laryngeal pharynx cancer,respectively.Methods A retrospectively analysis of 78 hospitalized patients with laryngeal pharynx cancer was done,of which 21 patients received radiotherapy alone,32 patients received induction chemotherapy plus radiotherapy,25 patients received radiotherapy plus synergic chemotherapy. Results In the radiotherapy alone group,in the induction chemotherapy plus radiotherapy group,and in the radiotherapy plus synergic chemotherapy group,the three-year survival rates were 23.81%,25.00%,44.00%,respectively,the three-year partial response rates were 19.05%,21.88%,36.00%,respectively. Conclusion The data suggest that radiotherapy alone,the induction chemotherapy plus radiotherapy,the radiotherapy plus synergic chemotherapy for advanced low differentiation laryngeal pharynx cancer have similar efficacy.
