阿托伐他汀钙治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭100例

目的评价阿托伐他汀钙治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法将200例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙。结果观察组总有效率89．00％高于对照组的71．00％，差异具有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。观察组LVEF、步行运动耐量优于对照组，差异具有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组均未出现严重药物不良反应事件。结论阿托伐他汀钙治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者疗效可靠，副作用小。

Study of atorvastatin calcium tablets treatment of 100 patients with chronic congestive heart failure

Objective To evaluate of the efficacy of atorvastatin calcium tablets treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Methods All of 200 vatients with chronic congestive heart failure were divided into observation group given conventional treatment combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and control group given conventional treatment.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that in control group(89.00%,71.00%),there was significant difference(P < 0.01).LVEF,walking exercise tolerance of observation group better than that of control group,there was significant difference(P < 0.01).There was no serious adverse reaction cases between two groups.Conclusion It’s good efficacy that atorvastatin calcium tablets treatment of chronic congestive heart failure,the side effect is small.
