儿童反复呼吸道感染相关因素研究

目的探讨引起儿童反复呼吸道感染的因素,为儿童反复呼吸道感染预防及治疗提供参考依据。方法选取40例反复呼吸道感染的儿童为研究对象,将其设为实验组,同时选取同期的40例健康儿童为对照组,分别对其免疫功能、所处的气候环境,父母健康知识知晓率及儿童血微量元素等项目进行比较。结果观察组患儿免疫功能低于对照组,父母健康知识知晓率及儿童血铅、微量元素等项目也低于对照组,两组比较,P均〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论引起儿童反复呼吸道感染的因素较多,其中患儿免疫功能、所处的气候环境,父母健康知识知晓率及儿童血微量元素等项目对其影响较大。应采取相应措施进行防治。

Study on the Relative Factors of Repeated Respiratory Tract Infection in Children

Objective To discuss the factors causing repeated respiratory tract infection in children so as to provide references for the prevention and treatment.Methods 40 children with repeated respiratory tract infection were selected to form the experimental group while 40 normal children were selected to form the control group;a comparison between the 2 groups was made in immune function,climate environment,health education level of the parents and the levels of blood lead and trace element.Results The immune function of the children in the experimental group was weaker than that of the children in the control group as well as the health education level and the levels of blood lead and trace elements;the comparison between the 2 groups was of statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Many factors can cause repeated respiratory tract infection in children and such factors as immune function,climate environment,health education level of the parents and the levels of blood lead and trace elements are of greater influence;corresponding measures should be taken for prevention and treatment.
