新农合在省级医院即时结报的实践及问题探讨——以云南省肿瘤医院为例

新型农村合作医疗住院费用能否在省级医院即时报销一直是参合患者关心的问题。以云南省肿瘤医院为例,就实施新农合即时结报后的现状进行了描述,对存在的一些具体问题进行了探讨并给出了相应建议。

Discuss on the practice and problem of immediately reimbursement of new rural cooperative medical service system in provincial hospitals-Take Yunnan Tumor Hospital as an example

The patients who are new rural cooperative medical service system（NCMS） participants are caring about whether the medical hospitalization costs of NCMS can be immediately reimbursement in provincial hospitals. This paper describes the current situation of immediately reimbursement after the policy implementation in Yunnan Tumor Hospital, discusses the issue in this process and gives some suggestions.
