替加环素治疗免疫力低下的血液病重症感染疗效分析

目的：探讨替加环素（TGC ）治疗免疫力低下合并重症感染的血液病患者疗效及安全性。方法回顾分析10例次使用TGC治疗免疫力低下的血液病重症感染患者的临床资料。结果10例次血液病重症感染患者，1例接受TGC单药治疗有效，9例接受TGC联合抗菌药物治疗中，7例有效。TGC平均使用（7．70±2．31）d，起效时间平均为（2．37±0．92）d。不良反应可以耐受。结论使用TGC能有效控制免疫力低下恶性血液病患者的重症感染，安全耐受。TGC联合用药方式可以考虑作为免疫力低下的血液病患者严重感染时拯救性治疗选择。

Efficacy of tigecycline on severe infections of hypoimmunitic patients with hematological disease

Objective To analyse the efficacy of tigecycline （TGC）on severe infections of hypoimmunitic patients with hematologi-cal disease.Methods Data from 10 hypoimmunitic patients with hematological disease receiving TGC on severe infections were collected and analysed retrospectively.Results From 9 patients received TGC in combination with other antibiotic agents,7 patients achieved favorable re-sponse.Treatment was successful in 1 patient treated by TGC mono-therapy.The mean duration of TGC therapy was 7.70 ±2.31 days and the mean effect time after TGC was 2.37 ±0.92 days.The toxicity of TGC was mild and tolerated.Conclusion TGC is an effective and well tol-erated empirical treatment of severe infections in hypoimmunitic patients with hematological disease.TGC in combination may be a successful alternative for salvage treatment of severe infections in those patients.
