宫内节育器移位嵌顿特点及其影响因素

目的：观察宫内节育器移位、嵌顿临床特点，分析其影响因素。方法回顾性分析我院2010年4月至2013年4月50例宫内节育器移位及嵌顿患者临床资料，比较带器时间、带器种类、年龄与移位及嵌顿的关系。结果节育器带器时间超过10年时节育器移位、嵌顿率明显增加，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；爱母节育器的移位、嵌顿率明显高于金属“O”形节育器、“T”形节育器和宫形节育器，而宫型节育器的移位、嵌顿率明显低于其他3种，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；节育器移位、嵌顿率随年龄增加而增加，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论宫内节育器移位及嵌顿的发生与其带器时间、节育器种类以及年龄有关。

IUD displacement and incarceration characteristics and influencing factors

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of IUD displacement and incarceration,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods Clinical data of 50 cases of incarcerated shift IUD of our hospital from April 2010 to April 2013 were retrospectively ana-lysed and the relationship between displacement and incarceration with time,a sterile device type,and age was compared.Results When the IUD was more than 10 years,the shifting and incarceration rate increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05 ）;the shifting and incarceration rate of love the mother was significantly higher than that of metal＂O＂type IUD,＂T＂type IUD,and the shifting and incarceration rate of palace-type IUD was significantly lower than the other three kinds,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant （P〈0.05）;IUD displacement and incarceration rates increased with age,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of IUD displacement and incarceration is correlated with their time with the device,IUD species and age.
