对护理工作实行量化管理的探讨

目的　探讨适合护理工作特点的管理模式。方法　由护理部拟定量化管理宏观框架 ,各科根据科工作实际分解护理过程 ,制订量化考核细则 ,测定各项工作的分值和得分标准 ,实行三级考核监控 ,即小组监控、护士长监控、护理部监控 ,对考核结果实行阶段性分析、评价。结果　实现了评价的个体化、客观化 ,通过有效的激励机制 ,大大提高护士的工作积极性 ,护士素质不断提高 ,护理内涵质量明显提高 ;病人满意度逐渐提高 ;考核结果显示各级各类护理人员业务情况 ,进一步明确了导引方向 ;克服了以往管理的种种弊端 ,显示了这种管理模式的科学性和先进性。结论　量化管理是行之有效的管理方法。

The Investigation of the Measured Management for the Job of Nursing

Objective To Investigate the management pattern suited for nursing style. Methods The nursing department drew a outline of the measured management program, other department s should analyze the nursing progress, get an rule of the measured assessment, measure the score and the scale of every job, practice the three levels surveillance, that is, the group surveillance, the charge nurse surveillance, the nursing department surveillance, and study these data. Results It can carry out the individual ,the objective, the stimulus and improve the enthusiasm of the nurses, it also can give the patients and the nursing job an satisfied serving. Conclusions The measured management is an effective method for nursing.
