| 摘 要： | 目的:评价肱骨近端锁定加压钢板(locking proximal humeral plate,LPHP)治疗肱骨近端复杂骨折的近期疗效。方法:自2005年1月~2007年12月手术治疗Neer三、四部分肱骨近端骨折58例,其中资料完整的52例。男30例,女22例;左侧28例,右侧24例;平均年龄47.5岁(28~70岁)。采用Neer骨折分类法,Neer三部分骨折23例;Neer四部分骨折29例。疗效评判采用Neer评分系统。结果:平均随访时间为20个月(12~30个月)。根据Neer评分,优15例,良25例,中10例,差2例。术后优良率为76.9%,患者主观满意率为80%。结论:LPHP置入有高度的稳定性,对治疗肱骨近端复杂骨折尤其是粉碎性骨折、骨质疏松患者疗效满意。 |
