前列腺穿刺活检术前肠道准备的护理体会

目的：探讨前列腺穿刺活检术前采用不同方法进行肠道准备的护理体会,提高护理安全质量。方法：对我院2006-2008年40例前列腺穿刺活检的患者分为两组,1组术前行肥皂水及清洁洗肠,另1组术前给予110毫升甘油灌肠剂塞肛。结果：清洁灌肠组术后出现发热及泌尿生殖系感染并发症的2例;另一组为3例。结论：通过术前预防措施得当,两种肠道准备无明显临床差异,使用甘油灌肠剂更易被患者接受。

Nursing Experience In Bowel Preparation of Patients by Different Methods before Transrectal Prostate Biopsy

Objective：To compare nursing experience in bowel preparation of patients by different methods before transrectal prostate biopsy, so as to improve the quality of nursing. Methods：From 2006 to 2008 in Beijing NO. 6 Hospital, the 40 eases before prostatic biopsy were randomly divided into two groups： group A and group B. The bowel preparations of eases in group A were treated with soapsuds enema and washing intestine, while eases in group B treating with glycerol enema（110ml）. Results： After prostatic biopsy, the appearance of fever and urogenital system infection were 2 cases in group A. There were 8 eases in group B. Conclusions：There was no significant differences between two groups （P〉0.05）. It is easier to accept for patients by using glycerol enema.
