| 摘 要： | 目的评价大面积脑梗死的外科治疗方法及效果。方法回顾性研究63例大面积脑梗死病例外科救治方法及效果。结果恢复良好39例(61.9%),中残8例(12.7%),重残9例(14.2%),植物生存2例(3.2%),死亡5例(12.0%)。结论经大骨瓣开颅加颞肌贴敷和术后给综合治疗,可使大面积脑梗死病死率明显下降,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the method and prognosis of the surgical treatment of massive brain infarction. Methods The retrospective analysis of 63 patients with great area brain infarction were performed. Results 39 patients gained good recovery (61.9%), 8 were in moderate disability (12.7%), 9 were in severe disability (14.2%), 2 were in persistent vegetative (3.2%) and 5 died (12.0%). Conclusion Decompressive craniectomy with temporal muscle sticking and postoperative combined therapy could elevate survival rate of massive infarction and increase the recovery rate. |
