| 摘 要： | 目的 观察PTEN在胃癌组织当中的表达,探讨其与胃癌发生的联系及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化方法检测PTEN蛋白在胃癌组织和正常胃黏膜中的表达.结果 PTEN在正常胃黏膜和胃癌中阳性率分别为100%,64.4%.PTEN表达与胃癌的分化程度高低、浸润深度、是否有淋巴结转移和临床分期关系密切(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤部位无关(P>0.05).结论 PTEN的异常表达可为胃癌诊断和判断其生物学特性提供可靠的指标.
