SonoVue和Opeison对实验鼠肝癌的诊断价值及比较

目的 评价SonoVue和Opeison对肝硬化基础上发生的肝细胞癌的诊断价值，并比较其增强模式。方法 16只肝硬化伴发癌结节的SD大鼠随机分为2组，分别用超声造影剂SonoVue和Opeison进行超声造影，并将造影结果与病理结果对照分析，同时比较两种造影剂的灌注过程及增强模式。结果 共60个结节纳入研究，其中 SonoVue 组34个：造影前显示26个（76.4％），造影后显示32个（94.1％）；Opeison组26个：造影前显示20个（76.9％），造影后显示24个（92.3％），4个结节坏死，造影表现为无灌注。SonoVue 组28个结节表现为“快进快出”; Opeison组22个结节表现为“速进快出”， 两种超声造影剂的增强模式相似（P>0.05）。定量分析显示两组肝细胞癌的相对增强度、增强斜率与邻近肝实质比较有明显的差异 (SonoVue 组，t=5.126，P=0.02；Opeison组，t=5.891，P=0.01)。结论 Opeison与SonoVue均能反映肝细胞癌的血流动力学特点，克服常规二维超声的局限，提高肝硬化下肝细胞癌的确诊率，但两者的诊断效能无明显差异。

Diagnostic value and comparison of hepatic cell carcinoma by contrast-enhanced ultrasound with the types of agents: SonoVue and Opeison
