大承气汤灌肠治疗胸腰椎骨折后便秘43例

目的探讨大承气汤灌肠治疗胸腰椎骨折后便秘的效果。方法选取我院胸腰椎骨折后便秘患者86例作为临床研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者采用比沙可啶肠溶片进行治疗,观察组患者采用大承气汤灌肠治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.67%明显高于对照组的81.40%,比较具有显著差异性(P0.05)。结论大承气汤灌肠治疗胸腰椎骨折后便秘的临床效果良好,值得推广使用。

Dachengqi Decoction Enema in the Treatment of Constipation after Thoracic and Lumbar Vertebral Fracture for 43 Cases

Objective To explore the effect of Dachengqi decoction enema in the treatment of constipation after thoracic and lumbar vertebral fracture.Methods 86 cases of patients with constipation after thoracic and lumbar vertebrae fracture were selected from our hospital as study objects .The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 43 cases in each group .The control group was treated with Bisacodyl Enteric-coated tablets.The observation group was treated with Dachengqi decoction enema .The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared .Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%which was significantly higher than 81.40%of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Dachengqi decoction enema in the treatment of constipation after thoracic and lumbar vertebral fracture has well clinical effect , and it is worth to be popularized and used .
