卯时经皮穴位电刺激预防乳腺癌化疗相关性便秘的研究

目的探讨卯时经皮穴位电刺激预防乳腺癌化疗相关性便秘的效果。方法将符合纳入标准的乳腺癌化疗患者,采取随机数字法分为对照组(50例)及实验组(50例)。对照组在化疗前及化疗期间采取常规饮食指导,实验组在对照组的基础上加上卯时经皮穴位电刺激治疗。结果实验组便秘发生率为16%,对照组便秘发生率62%,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论卯时经皮穴位电刺激治疗用于预防或减轻乳腺癌化疗相关性便秘有显著效果。

Study on Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation for Preventing Chemotherapy-induced Constipation after Breast Cancer during the Period of the Day from 5 A.M.to 7 A.M.

Objective To investigate the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation for preventing chemotherapy -induced constipation after breast cancer during the period of the day from 5 a.m.to 7 a.m.Methods The patients received breast cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group (n=50) and experimental group (n=50).The control group took routine dietary guidance in the period of chemotherapy and before chemotherapy .The experimental group used transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation therapy during the period of the day from 5 a.m.to 7 a.m.on the basis of the control group .Results The incidence of constipation in the experimental group was 16%, the incidence of constipation in the control group was 62%, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01).Conclusion The transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation for preventing or alleviating chemotherapy -induced constipation after breast cancer during the period of the day from 5 a.m.to 7 a.m.has significant effect .
