老年慢性持续期哮喘应用中西医结合治疗分析

目的探究老年慢性持续期哮喘应用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析2015年1月—12月我院收治的102例老年慢性持续期哮喘患者的临床资料,按治疗方案不同分为对照组(42例)和研究组(60例),对照组行西药治疗,研究组行中西医结合治疗,对比两组肺功能改善情况以及治疗效果。结果研究组FVC、FEV1、PEF较对照组低,治疗总有效率较对照组高,两组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论老年慢性持续期哮喘应用中西医结合治疗效果好,可有效改善患者肺功能,提高治疗总有效率,值得临床推广。

Analysis on Effect of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Elderly Chronic Persistent Asthma

Objective To discuss the Effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of elderly chronic persistent asthma .Methods The clinical data of 102 cases of patients with elderly chronic persistent asthma data from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed .According to the different treatment , they were divided into control group ( 42 cases ) and study group ( 60 cases).The control group received Western medicine treatment .The study group used therapy of integrated medicine .The improvement on lung function and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared .Results The FVC, FEV1 and PEF of the study group were lower than those of the control group , the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group , and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of elderly chronic persistent asthma has good therapeutic effect , can effectively improve patient ’ s pulmonary function and the total effective rate , and is worthy of clinical promotion .
