疏脑解郁汤辨证治疗卒中后抑郁症临床研究

目的研究疏脑解郁汤辨证治疗卒中后抑郁症临床疗效。方法选择我院治疗的卒中后抑郁症患者112例,将其随机分为两组,各56例。对照组予以西药治疗,口服帕罗西汀片;观察组采用中医疗法,予以疏脑解郁汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果与不良反应率。结果观察组经治疗总有效率达91.07%,明显高于对照组的62.50%,差异显著(P0.05);观察组不良反应率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P0.05)。结论采用疏脑解郁汤治疗卒中后抑郁症临床疗效显著,可明显减轻患者临床症状,并降低不良反应率,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

The Clinical Research of Shunao Jieyu Decoction in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression through Syndrome Differentiation

Objective To study the clinical effect of Shunao Jieyu decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression with syndrome differentiation .Methods Selecting 112 cases of patients with post-stroke depression in our hospital , they were randomly divided into two groups, and each group had 56 cases.The control group was given oral Western medicine Paroxetine Hydrochloride tablets .The treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine , and was given the Shunao Jieyu decoction .The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared .Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.07% which was significantly better than 62.50%of the control group after treatment , and there was statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group , and there was statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Shunao Jieyu decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression has significantly clinical effect , can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients , and improve quality of life of patient , and is worthy of promotion .
