中医分期辨证治疗过敏性紫癜临床疗效观察

目的探讨中医分期辨证治疗过敏性紫癜临床应用效果。方法对照组给予西医常规药物治疗,研究组在常规西医治疗基础上加用中医分期辨证治疗。两组过敏性紫癜患者均连续治疗1年为宜,记录其临床疗效并给予统计学分析。结果研究组临床总有效率(86.67%)显著高于对照组(66.67%),两组数据对比P0.05(差异显著、有统计学意义),提示研究组过敏性紫癜患者临床疗效更优。结论对过敏性紫癜患者给予常规西医联合中医分期辨证治疗效果显著,有利于获得理想的疾病控制效果并保障其生活质量。

Observation on the Clinical effect of Stage Treatment based on Syndrome Differentiation of TCM for Allergic Purpura

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of stage treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM for allergic purpura . Methods The control group received conventional Western medication . The study group used stage treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM on the basis of the routine therapy .One year continuous treatment was appropriate .The clinical effect was recorded , and statistical analysis was carried out .Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group (86.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67%), and the difference was statistically significant P<0.05, which indicated that the clinical effect of the study group was better .Conclusion The conventional Western medication combined with stage treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM for allergic purpura had significantly therapeutic effect , helped to achieve the desired effect of disease control , and protected their quality of life .
