| 摘 要： | 目的 初步探讨颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗的效果及技术要点。方法 在数字减影血管造影下，应用微导管技术对14例脑动脉瘤破裂的患者，采用电解可脱性弹簧圈（GDC）经血管内栓塞动脉瘤的治疗。结果 14例全部栓塞成功，无死亡病例。大部分患者恢复正常，Hunt-Hess4-5级的患者恢复到生活自理。结论 血管内栓塞治疗是颅内动脉瘤破裂安全有效的治疗措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect and technical key points of intravascular embolotherapy in the treatment of intracranial aneurysm(ICA).Methods 14 patients with ICA ruptures were performed endovascular embolization with galvanolysis detachable coil(GDC)by employing microtubular technique under digital subtraction angiography(DSA).Results All 14 patients were embolized successfully,and no cases died.Most cases reverted to normal,those patients with grade IV-V according to Hunt-Hess' classification items improved and lived independently.Conclusions Endovascular embolization is a safe and effective therapeutic method for treatment of ICA ruptures. |
