链球菌相关检测在肾型过敏性紫癜诊治中的意义

目的探究链球菌感染和肾型过敏性紫癜的关系,提高临床医生对肾型过敏性紫癜的认识。方法以66例肾型过敏性紫癜患者为观察组,60例单纯型过敏性紫癜性患者为对照组,分别进行咽拭子培养和药敏试验,同时进行血抗溶血素O(ASO)和类风湿因子(RF)的检测,并进行对比分析。结果乙型溶血性链球菌观察组检出27例,检出率40.90%,对照组检出3例,检出率5.00%,两组比较χ2=22.34,P(0.05,差异具有显著性。ASO观察组阳性例数24例,阳性率36.36%,对照组阳性例数3例,阳性率5.00%,两组比较χ2=18.40,P(0.05,差异也有显著性。RF二组均为阴性。结论链球菌感染与肾型过敏性紫癜发病有一定关系,链球菌相关检测对肾型过敏性紫癜的治疗有重要指导意义。

Significance of Streptococcus Detection for Diaguosis and Therapy in Patients with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

Objective To study the relationship between the Streptococcal infections and kidney-related allergic purpura in order to raise awareness of kidney-related allergic purpura for clinician.Methods 66 cases of kidney-allergic purpura patients as the observation group,60 cases of simple allergic purpura patients as the control group,Separately carried out throat swab for culture and sensitivity test,as well detected anti-hemolytic blood-O(ASO) and class rheumatoid factor(RF).Then carried out comparative analysis.Results The beta-hemolytic streptococci of the Observation group had been detected 27cases and detection rate was 40.90%,those of the control group had been detected 3 cases and detection rate was 5.00%.The χ2=22.34,P﹤0.05 and both of them had significant differences.The ASO masccline of observation group was 24 cases,masccline rate was 36.36%,those of control group was 3 cases,masccline rate was 5.00%.The χ2=18.40,P﹤0.05 and both of them had significant differences.The RF of two groups were negative.Conclusion There is certain relationship between Streptococcal infections and kidney-related allergic purpura,streptococcus detection is significance for diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
