摘    要:目的建立大黄微波提取物中大黄酸、番泻苷A两种泻下成分的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Phenomenex Gemini C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(体积比80∶20),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:254 nm,柱温:25℃。结果测定3批提取物,大黄酸和番泻苷A平均质量分数分别为7.24 mg/g和10.28 mg/g。结论本法简单快捷,结果可靠,可作为大黄提取物中大黄酸和番泻苷A的含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objectlve To determine the contents of rhein and sennoside A in extracts of rhubarb prepared with microwave extraction . Methods Samples were analyzed on a Phenomenex Gemini C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column using methyl alcohol-0.1% H3PO4 (80: 20) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results Contents of rhein and sennoside A in the extracts of rhubarb were 7. 24 mg/g and 10. 28 mg/g, repectively. Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible, which could be used for the analysis of rhein and sennoside A in rhubarb extracts.
