摘    要:目的研究血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及其受体Flt-1在大鼠短暂大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)再灌注后不同时点表达的变化,探讨VEGF对缺血脑组织的保护作用。方法采用栓线法MCAO动物模型,通过免疫组化方法观察VEGF及Flt-1的表达情况。结果VEGF及FIt-1免疫阳性细胞主要在神经元、神经胶质细胞及内皮细胞中表达。结论这些发现表明短暂MCAO后VEGF及Flt-1的表达上调,提示可能VEGF及Flt-1表达的增加对促进缺血周边区血供的恢复有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the induction of VEGF gene and his receptor Flt-1 expression after transient focal cerebral ischemia at protein levels in order to clarify the role of VEGF in cerebral ischemia.Method A transient middle cerebral artery (MCA) occlusion model was used.Cellular changes of VEGF and its receptor Flt-1 expression were compared with immunohistochemitry.Result VEGF gene and its receptor Flt-1 expressed in the neurons, glial cells and vascular endothelial.Conclusion VEGF and Flt-1 are upregulated during the early period after transient MCAO in the rat. This indicated that the increasing expression of VEGF and Flt-1 possibly had affection to recover the blood supply in the border region.
