| 摘 要： | 目的评价南充市嘉陵区非结核病防治机构网络报告肺结核病患者转诊与追踪效果。方法应用SPSS软件对南充市嘉陵区2005-2010年肺结核病患者网络报告数据进行卡方统计学分析。结果南充市嘉陵区2005-2010年非结核病防治机构网络报告1 102例,转诊到位69例,转诊到位率6.26%;需要追踪1 033例,实追踪352例,追踪率34.08%;追踪到位162例,追踪到位率为46.02%。结论自网络专报系统启动以来,嘉陵区结核病患者的转诊到位率和追踪到位率较之以前(转诊到位率0.51%,追踪到位率1.26%)确有所提高,但是距离国家要求还有很大差距,需大力提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of tracking and referral of tuberculosis patients reported by non-TB control agency network in Jialing district,Nanchong city.Methods Chi-square was performed on the network data collected through 2005-2010 in Jialing district,Nanchong city with SPSS software.Results A total of 1 102 cases were reported from 2005 to 2010 through network,referred 69 cases with a referred rate of 6.26%;1 033 cases needed to be tracked,yet 352 cases was actually tracked with a tracking rate of 34.08%,among which 162 cases was tracked and treated,accounted for 46.02%.Conclusion The referral and tracking rate of TB patients has been elevated since the activation of special reporting system,but there is a long distance to go towards the national standard. |
