消喘膏贴敷改善稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病生存质量的研究——临床试验和社区验证

目的:验证冬病夏治消喘膏穴位贴敷疗法对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)稳定期生存质量的干预效果和社区推广疗效。方法:临床研究采用多中心、随机、安慰剂对照、双盲(RCT)设计,142例纳入患者随机分为2组,分别给予消喘膏和安慰剂贴敷治疗,连续贴敷2年。社区验证组入组60例COPD患者进行治疗前后疗效对照。观察SGRQ量表、BODE指数、年均感冒和急性加重次数、急诊和住院次数等指标。结果:RCT试验,消喘膏贴治2年后,SGRQ量表活动、影响及总分评分均较对照组下降;疗后2年BODE指数下降值大于对照组;疗后2年患者感冒和急性加重次数、急诊次数和住院次数较对照组减少。社区验证取得相似结果。结论 :消喘膏贴敷疗法在提高COPD稳定期患者的生存质量、减少患者急性加重方面有较好疗效,社区推广应用疗效稳定。

Clinical study of treating winter diseases in summer Xiaochuan Acupoint Paste to improve the quality of life in stable stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients and verify its effect in community

Objective: To verify the clinical efficacy of treating winter diseases in summer Xiaochuan Acupoint Paste in improving life quality of stable stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its effect in community.Methods: With a double blind placebo controlled randomized design adopted,142 patients of COPD were randomized assigned to two groups,one group was treated with xiaochuangao,the other was placebo control group,the patients were treated for two years.In community clinic,60 patients were observed with beforeafter self control study.Results : In the aspects of the activity part and influence part of SGRQ life quality score,the average annual number of cold、acute attacks and hospitalization,BODE index,the treatment group was evidently superior to the matched group,its usage in community had the similar effect.Conclusion: The method of treating winter disease in summer Xiaochuan Acupoint Paste therapy has a positive effect in COPD patients at the stable stage,it can distinctively promote the clinical symptoms and improve their life quality,it is worth popularizing this technique in community.
