复方美登木片防治大鼠乳腺增生的研究

目的:研究复方美登木片对实验性大鼠乳腺增生病的防治作用及其机制。方法:采用肌肉注射雌二醇和黄体酮法造成大鼠乳腺增生模型。结果:复方美登木片0.58g/kg、1.16g/kg、2.33g/kg能够明显减小雌二醇加黄体酮所致乳腺增生大鼠的乳房直径、乳头高度,减轻乳腺重量;能够降低乳腺增生程度,明显减少乳腺小叶数、小叶内腺泡数、腔内分泌物;此外,对性激素水平有明显的影响,复方美登木片1.16g/kg、2.33g/kg能够显著降低大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)水平,提高孕酮(P)水平,其起效剂量及剂量范围分别为:0.58g/kg,0.58～2.33g/kg。结论:复方美登木片对实验性大鼠乳腺增生病有明显的防治作用。

Study on mechanism of Fufangmeidengmu Tablet on hyperplasia of mammary glands rat

Objective:It is to observe the therapeutic action of Fufangmeidengmu(FFMDM) Tablet on model rats with hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:The model of hyperplasia of mammary glands was established with intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate and progesterone.After the administration for 30d,the height and diameter of the second pair of nipple were determined,the structure of breast tissue was observed.Results: FFMDM tablet 0.58g/kg,1.16g/kg,2.33g/kg could inhibit the height and diameter of nipple in rats with hyperplasia of mammary glands,lower the degree of hyperplasia of mammary glands under microscopy,significantly reduced the number of lobular,lobular alveolar number,cavity discharge.FFMDM tablet 1.16g/kg,2.33g/kg could significantly reduce the content of estradiol and prolactin,at the same time increase the content of progesterone,its effective dose and dose range was 0.58g/kg and 0.58～2.33g/kg.Conclusion: FFMDM tablet has obvious therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats.
