小针刀配合针灸对偏瘫并发肩手综合征的疗效观察

目的 观察小针刀配合针灸对偏瘫并发肩手综合征患者疗效,探讨小针刀配合针灸对偏瘫并发肩手综合征治疗效果的可能机制.方法 40例偏瘫并发肩手综合征患者随机分为治疗组20例,对照组20例,治疗组给予小针刀配合针灸及康复训练,对照组给予针灸及康复训练,疗程4周.治疗前后采用上肢简化Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、水肿程度评分对患者的运动功能、疼痛及上肢水肿情况进行评定.结果 治疗后,两组患者的上肢运动功能、疼痛程度、水肿与治疗前相比均有显著改善(P＜0.01),且治疗组的改善程度明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 小针刀配合针灸对偏瘫并发肩手综合征(Ⅰ期)患者有良好的疗效.

The Curative Effect Observation of Needle-shaped Scalpel With Acupuncture for Hemiplegic Shoulder-hand Syndrome

Objective This study aims to observe The Curative Effect of Needle-shaped scalpel with acupuncture therapy on hemiplegic patients with shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS),and to discuss possible mechanisms for remedy.Methods Forty cases with SHS after hemiplegia were randomly distributed in half into two groups: treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with needle-shaped scalpel combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation training,and the control group was treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation training only.The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,upper limb motor function,pain severity and degree of edema were evaluated by simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),visual analogue scale(VAS),and edema scale.Results The upper limb motor function of patients improved significantly.Pain and edema were relieved significantly in both two groups after treatment(P<0.01).In the treatment group the improvement was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.O5).Conclusion Needle-shaped scalpel with acupuncture has effective remedy on patients with SHS after hemiplegia.
