| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中期因子（MK）和微血管密度（MVD）在骨肉瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测45例骨肉瘤标本MK和MVD的表达水平，并分析其与骨肉瘤恶性程度及预后的相关性。结果骨肉瘤中MK表达的阳性率为37．78％。MK和MVD的表达在骨肉瘤Price病理分级中差异无显著性（P〉0．05），在Enneching外科分期中差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；肺转移组与无肺转移组MK和MVD的表达差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；骨肉瘤中MK与MVD表达差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论MK和MVD与骨肉瘤的恶性程度密切相关，可作为判断肿瘤恶性程度及评价预后的指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of midkine(MK) and microvessel density (MVD) in osteosarcoma and the relationship between them and tumor biologic behavior.
