Abstract:
Objective To explore the dynamic analysis of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,cytokines and immunoglobulins in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods 50 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the observation group.According to the progression of the disease,they were divided into acute phase group and recovery phase group,with 25 cases in each group;another 50 healthy children in the same period were selected as the control group.Samples were collected for the three groups and the dynamic effects of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets,cytokines,and immunoglobulins were compared among the three groups.Results After testing,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the acute phase group were lower than those in the recovery phase group and control group(P<0.05),the proportion of NK cells was higher than that in the recovery phase group and control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the proportion of CD8+and B cells between the recovery phase group and the control group.After detection,the levels of IFN-γ,IL-4,Th1/Th2 in the acute phase group were higher than those in the recovery phase group and the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant diference in the IFN-γ,IL-4,Th1/Th2 levels between the recovery phase group and the control group.After testing,the serum IgG level of recovery phase group was higher than that of the acute phase group and the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in serum IgG level between the acute phase group and the control group,the levels of serum IgA in the acute phase group and recovery phase group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in serum IgA level between acute phase group and recovery phase group,the level of serum IgM in acute phase group was higher than that in control group and recovery phase group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in serum IgM level between the control group and the recovery phase group.Conclusion When child is infected with Mycoplasma pneumonia,the body's immune function is disordered,and the immune status changes with the development of the disease.The clinical immune monitoring of the child can provide evidence for the diagnosis and later treatment of the disease.
