消化道恶性肿瘤患者外周血免疫细胞的检测

目的探讨消化道恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能状态。方法采用流式细胞术检测86例消化道恶性肿瘤患者和40名同期健康体检者外周血中T细胞及其亚群、B细胞及NK细胞的表达。结果消化道恶性肿瘤患者外周血总T细胞、NK细胞及CD4^＋T细胞、CD4^＋／CD8＋比值均低于健康对照组，CD8^＋T细胞高于健康对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论消化道恶性肿瘤患者存在细胞免疫功能下降。

Detection of immune cells in peripheral blood for patients with malignant tumor of digestive tract

Objective To probe the status of immune function in patients with malignant tumor of digestive tract. Methods To detect the lever of T ceils and its subsets, B cells and NK cells in peripheral blood of 86 cases in patients with malignant tumor of digestive tract and 40 healthy persons by flow cytometry. Results The levers of T ceils, NK cells and CD4＋ T cells in peripheral blood and the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ of patients with malignant tumor of digestive tract were lower than the healthy control group, and CD; T ceils were higher than that of the healthy control group, all the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The function of cellular immunity was declined in patients with malignant tumor of digestive tract.
