摘    要:呼吸控制率的测定是研究能量代谢的重要方法之一。国内目前所测呼吸控制率多数是测定肝脏等器官的线粒体。心肌组织由于其结构特点,测定其线粒体呼吸控制率的文献不多。本文在参考文献的基础上,结合自己的体会,对测定心肌线粒体呼吸控制率的条件进行了一点初浅的探讨。

Abstract:The measurement of respiratory control rate is an important method in studying energy metabolism. Most of the studies were made in hepatic tissue. In eardiac tissue,for its specific strueture, the studies on respiratory control rate were less. In this paper,we discussed the effects of some different reactive media on myoeardial milochondrial respiratory control rale in guinea pigs.
