责任制助产对提高产科质量的临床研究

目的:分析保障机制一对一责任制助产在产科中的应用效果,探讨最佳产时保健服务新模式。方法:回顾性分析2001年7月~2005年12月接受一对一责任制助产的产妇临床资料,并与1997年1月~2001年6月传统轮班制的服务模式对比。结果:一对一责任制助产能消除产妇恐惧感,促进自然分娩,缩短产程,减少产后出血,降低难产率及新生儿窒息率。结论:一对一责任制助产可提高产科质量,保障母婴安全。

Effect of one-to-one responsibility system of aiding childbirth to improve the quality of obstetrical department

Objective:To review the effect of one-to-one responsibility system of aiding childbirth in obstetrical department,and explore the new model of taking the care of parturition in the best time.Methods:Analyze the clinical datum from 2001 to 2005 that women accepted one-to-one responsibility system of aiding childbirth,and compared these data with those who accepted traditional system of serve in shifts.Results:One-to-one responsibility system of aiding childbirth can eliminate the fear of woman in labor and promote spontaneous deliver,it also can contrast the process of parturition,reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,lower the rate of difficult labor,and prevent the newborn from asphyxia.Conclusion:One-to-one responsibility system of aiding childbirth can help improve the quality of obstetrical department and ensure the safe of mother and newborn.
