胃癌病人血清与癌组织nm23 H1蛋白表达及临床病理意义

目的 研究胃癌病人血清、癌组织中n m23 H1蛋白的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法 采用ELI S A法及免疫组织化学S-P法,检测69例胃癌病人血清、癌组织中n m23 H1蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 胃癌病人血清、癌组织中nm23H1蛋白的表达与正常对照组比较差异有显著性（V2=9.69,t=6.96,P〈0 0.5）。胃癌病人血清、癌组织中n m23 H1蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移及肿瘤临床分期有关（V2=12.30、5.30,t=14.67、6.42,P〈0 0.5）。结论 胃癌病人血清及癌组织中n m23 H1蛋白的表达下调,n m23 H1蛋白可以作为评估胃癌病人预后的指标。

THE EXPRESSION AND ITS CLINICOPATHOLOGIC SIGNIFICANCE OF NM23H1 IN SERUM AND CANCER TISSUE OF PATIENTS WITH GASTRIC CANCER

Objective To study the expressions of nm23H1 in serum and cancer tissue and the relationship between them and clinicopathologic features in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Employing immunohistochemical S-P method and ELISA, the expressions of nm23H1 in serum and cancer tissue in 69 patients with gastric cancer were detected, and their correlation with clinicopathologic characteristics analyzed. Results The expressions of nm23H1 in serum and cancer tissue in the patient s were significantly different as compared with the normal control group （x 2 = 9.69, t = 6.96, P〈0.05）, the expressions were related with lymph-node metastasis and clinical staging （x2=12.30,5.30;t=14.67,6.42;P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expressions of nm23H1 in serum and cancer tissue are down-regulated, and, therefore, nm23H1 can be used as an index for predicting prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
