肺淋巴管肌瘤病的高分辨率CT诊断价值

目的 探讨高分辨率CT（HRCT）在肺淋巴管肌瘤病诊断中的价值。方法 对15例经病理证实的肺淋巴管肌瘤病病人的多层螺旋CT（MSCT）表现进行分析。结果 常规CT扫描见两肺密度普遍减低,偶见囊状影;HRCT清晰显示两肺囊状影,两肺上中下野及肺内带与肺外围病灶分布无明显差异,病灶之间可见正常肺组织。结论 肺淋巴管肌瘤病具有特征性的HRCT表现,HRCT对肺淋巴管肌瘤病定性诊断有重要价值。

THE DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF HRCT FOR PULMONARY LYMPHANGIOLEIOMYOMATOSIS

Objective To assess the value of high-resolution CT（HRCT）in the diagnosis of pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis（LGM）. Methods An analysis was done for manifestations of 15cases of LGM,confirmed pathologically,on multislice CT. Results A conventional CT scan showed the density of both lungs was generally reduced,and a cystic shadow occasionally seen.On HRCT：cystic shadows in both lungs were clearly displayed,the distribution of the lesions,between upper,moderate,lower field,and inner zone of the lungs as well as that surrounding the lungs,was not significant.Normal lung tissue could bee seen among the lesions. Conclusion Pulmonary LGM has characteristic HRCT manifestations,which is of a great value in the diagnosis of the disease.
