鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造瘘术的疗效观察

目的 探讨鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造瘘(开窗引流)术中更好处理瘘孔的技巧和方法.方法 123例(147只眼)慢性泪囊炎患者于鼻内镜下行泪囊鼻腔造瘘(开窗引流)术,术中根据具体情况,采用不同方式凿骨孔,瘘口使用生物凝胶黏合等方法,术后综合治疗并随访3～6月.结果 治愈128只眼(87.07%),好转12只眼(8.16%),无效7只眼(4.76%).总有效率为95.20%.结论 鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造瘘(开窗引流)术中,灵活运用各种技巧和方法,可很好地造瘘,防止瘘口肉芽,形成瘢痕挛缩,狭窄和闭锁.

The curative effect of dacryocystorhinostomy with the nasal endoscopy

Objective To investigate the technique of dealing with the fistulous opening after the nasal endoscopic(fenestration drainage)dacryocystorhinostomy.Methods Nasal endoscopic(fenestration drainage)dacryocystorhinostomy was performed for 123 patients(147 eyes)who were diagnosed as chronic dacryocysfitis.Different methods of boring through the bone were applied according to the condition during the operation.Biogel or something else was applied in the orificium fistulae.All the patients were followed-up for about 3 to 6 months after the operation.Results Among the 147 eyes, 128 eyes(87.07%)were cured, 12 eyes (8.16%)were improved and 7 eyes(4.76%)were failed.The total effective rote was 95.20%.Conclusions The nasal endoscopic(fenestration drainage)dacryocystorhinostomy could achieve good effect without the compli-cations such as fistulous granulation, cicatricial contration, narrow or clausura.
