奥拉西坦联合高压氧治疗颅脑损伤疗效观察

目的观察奥拉西坦联合高压氧治疗颅脑损伤的临床效果。方法 90例颅脑损伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,在常规治疗基础上,观察组给予奥拉西坦联合高压氧治疗,对照组静脉滴注奥拉西坦,2组均连续治疗21d。比较2组治疗前、后格拉斯哥昏迷量表（Glasgow Coma Scale,GCS）、意识觉醒恢复时间及疗效,观察2组治疗后简易精神状态检查量表（Minimum Mental State Examination,MMSE）和神经功能缺损评分表（National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS）变化。结果观察组总有效率（88.89%）高于对照组（73.11%）,意识觉醒恢复时间（（6.29±0.94）d）短于对照组（（8.16±0.82）d）（P〈0.01）;2组治疗后GCS评分均较治疗前增高（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后MMSE评分（（22.38±0.96）分）高于对照组（（21.64±1.15）分）（P〈0.01）,NIHSS评分（（10.80±1.16）分）低于对照组（（12.87±0.92）分）（P〈0.01）;2组均未发生不良反应。结论奥拉西坦联合高压氧治疗颅脑损伤疗效优于单独应用奥拉西坦,且无不良反应。

Therapeutic effect of oxiracetam plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy on traumatic brain injury

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of oxiracetam plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy on traumatic brain injury.Methods Ninety patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 patients in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,observation group received oxiracetam plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and control group received intravenous injection of oxiracetam,totally for 21 days.Glasgow Coma Scale（GCS）,the consciousness awakening recovery time and the therapeutic effect were compared before and after treatment between two groups.The changes of Minimum Mental State Examination（MMSE）and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）were observed in both two groups.Results The total effective rate was 88.89%in observation group,higher than that in control group（73.11%）,and the consciousness awakening recovery time was（6.29±0.94）days in observation group,shorter than that in control group（（8.16±0.82）days）（P〈0.01）.GCS was significantly increased after treatment in both groups（P〈0.05）.MMSE was higher（22.38±0.96）and NIHSS was lower（10.80±1.16）in observation group than that in control group（21.64±1.15,12.87±0.92）（P〈0.01）.No adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion Oxiracetam plus hyperbaric oxygen treatment is superior to the single use of oxiracetam,and there is no adverse reaction.
