| 摘 要： | 目的:比较通水法与输卵管造影对妇科不孕症的诊断价值.方法:将患者分为通水组和输卵管组,观察不同的方法对输卵管堵塞的检出率及两种方法的优缺点.结果:输卵管造影术在判断子宫、输卵管状态,检查堵塞部位以及堵塞检出率等方面优于通水术.结论:输卵管造影技术在女性不孕症诊断治疗方面优于通水法,该技术值得广泛应用和推广.

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the diagnostic value between hysterosialpingography and hydrotubation of oviduct in diagnosis of infertilitas feminis. Method:All the patients were divided in two groups: hysterosialpingography and hydrotubation of oviduct.Observed the relevance ratio of tubal block in different methods and found advantages and disadvantages between them. Result: Hysterosialpingography have the advantages in determining the condition of uterus.oviduct and the position of tubal block.The technology should be developed and use widely.Conclusion: Hydrotubation of ovidnct is better than hysterosialpingography in treating infertility,It worth spreading clinically. |
