氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛在无痛人工流产术中的应用

目的:观察氟比洛芬酯用于无痛人工流产的镇痛效果.方法:将拟行人工流产的152 例孕妇随机分为两组,对照组手术开始前予静脉注射利多卡因1 mg/kg,丙泊酚2 mg/kg静脉注射;实验组术前10 min予氟比洛芬酯50 mg溶于10 mL 0.9%氯化钠溶液中缓慢静脉推注,手术开始前依次静脉注射利多卡因1 mg/kg,丙泊酚2 mg/kg.术中根据患者抵抗运动强弱追加丙泊酚0.5-1 mg/kg,至体动消失.观察唤醒时间、镇痛效果、术者和患者对镇静的满意度、术中丙泊酚追加次数及用量,并比较麻醉后不良反应及并发症发生率.结果:两组患者年龄、体重比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组镇静满意度、丙泊酚用量、唤醒时间、恶心、呕吐、注射部位疼痛等并发症发生率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:氟比洛芬酯用于无痛人工流产麻醉镇痛效果满意,可减少术后疼痛不适,且不良反应小,有利于病人术后恢复.

Clinical Observation of Flurbiprofen Axetil for Preemptive Analgesia During Induced Abortion

Objective: To observe the clinical analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil for induced abortion.Method: 152 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was administrated with 2 mg/kg of propofol and 1 mg/kg lidocaine.The experiment group was administrated with 50mg of flurbiprofen axetil dissolved in 10 milliliter sodium chloride first,after 10 minutes with 2 mg/kg of propofol and 1 mg/kg lidocaine.0.5-1.0mg/kg of propofol was added until the body movement disappeared.Arousing time,effection of relieving pain,sedative satisfaction,superaddition of propofol during operation were recorded.Adverse reactions and complications after anesthesia were compared also.Result: The experiment group showed significant differences with control group of analgesic effect,propofol dosage,wake up time,the incidence of emesia and apnea during intraoperative,injection site pain and other complications(P<0.05).Conclusion: Flurbiprofen axetil used in induced abortion can obtain satisfactory anesthetic results with less pain,less adverse reaction and quicker postoperative recovery.
