室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压伴双向分流围术期治疗

目的:本文介绍了围术期的治疗方法,讨论术中肺保护、一氧化氮(NO)及巯甲丙脯酸等对室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压伴双向分流病例的治疗作用,介绍缺损修补的方法。方法:通过对我院1999年8月～2004年3月对18例室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压伴双向分流的病人进行了手术治疗,评价术中肺保护及一氧化氮(NO)、巯甲丙脯酸等药物的治疗作用。结果:经过治疗,全组无1例死亡,术后远期较好。结论:重视术中肺保护、一氧化氮及相关药物治疗可显著降低平均肺动脉压力,提高手术成功率。

Treatment of double direction diffluencal congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension

Objective This report introduced method of comprehensive treatment .To evaluate the therapeutic effects of inhaled nitric oxide(NO)in patients of congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension and lungs protection.The new method of oper-ative repair of sepetal defect was briefly expounded.Method From Aug1999to March2004,18patients with congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension underwent comprenhensive treatment at this hospital.To evaluate the therapeutic effectsof inhaled nitri-coxide(NO)inpatients.Results By comprehensive treatment,the mortality is zero.Conclusion The operative mortality was reduced with comprehensive treatment .Nitric oxide decreased pulmonary arterial pressure.The new method of operative repair of septal defect was effect as"safety valve".To congental heart disease with severe pulmonary Hypertension,a excellent effect was got by compre-hensive treatment.
