肺炎合剂治疗小儿肺炎临床与实验研究

目的：为探讨肺炎合剂治疗小儿肺炎的疗效机理。方法：用我院研制的肺炎合剂治疗小儿肺炎１２８例（治疗组），与用抗生素治疗１３３例作为对照观察，并进行了系统的临床观察与动物实验研究。结果：治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为 ８９．０％、 ９４．７％，两组比较无显著性差异（ ｘ~２＝ ２．８３８， Ｐ＞０．０５）。动物实验结果证实肺炎合剂抗炎、镇咳、祛痰、解痉作用明显。结论：肺炎合剂具有抗炎、镇咳、祛痰、解痉作用。

Clinical and Experimental Studies on Treating Infantile Penumonia with Feiyan Mixture Yan Huimin

Objective: To explore the effect of Feiyan Mixture (FYM) in treating infantile pneumonia and its mechanism. Methods:One hundred and twenty-eight patients were treated with FYM, the effect was Observed and compared with those treated with antibiotics as control. Systematic clinical Observation and animal experimental studies on the FYM were carried out. Results: The effective rates of FYM and antibiotics were 89.0 % and 94.73 % respectively and no significant difference was found between two groups, X~2 = 2. 838, P > 0.05. Experimental study showed that FYM was effective in anti-inflammation, antitussiveness, expectoration and spasmolysis. Conclusions: FYM has obvious effect of anti-inflammation, antitussiveness, expectoration and spasmolysis.
