杏香兔耳风片治疗宫颈糜烂合并盆腔炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨中药杏香兔耳风片对宫颈糜烂合并慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法80例分成2组,治疗组50例,对照组30例。2组均在临睡前阴道注入重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶1g,1次·d^-1,共60d;治疗组加用口服杏香兔耳风片4片·次^-1,3次·d^-1,共60d;结果宫颈糜烂治疗1月后,治疗组有效率94%,对照组80%,2组疗效有显著性差异(P〈0.05);治疗2月后,治疗组有效率100%,对照组94%,2组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。治疗组阴道排液量、出血量明显减少,排液时间及出血时间亦明显缩短,2组比较差异明显(P〈0.01)。盆腔炎治疗1月后治疗组有效率92%,对照组46.67%,2组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论杏香兔耳风片治疗宫颈糜烂和盆腔炎疗效显著。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of ainsliaea fragrans champ(AFC) in treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated pelvicellulitis.METHODS 80 patients were divided into two groups:group Ⅰ(treatment group,n=50) and group Ⅱ(control group,n=30).Both of two groups were treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel(RHI) before sleeping for 60 days,meanwhile,group Ⅰ were treated with AFC 4 pills tid.p.o..RESULTS After a month,the effective rate of cervical erosion in group Ⅰ was 94%,in group Ⅱ was 80%(P0.05),and two months later they were 100% and 94%(P〈0.01),respectively.The time and volume of excretory fluid and bleeding in group Ⅰ were both evidently shortened and decreased with very significant difference compared with group Ⅱ(P〈0.01).After a month,the effective rate of pelvicellulitis in group Ⅰ was 92% and 46.67% in group Ⅱ(P〈0.01).CONCLUSION AFC has good efficacy on treating chronic cervical erosion complicated pelvicellulitis.
