| 摘 要： | 目的探讨夫精宫腔内人工授精（AIH）的临床妊娠率与其影响因素的关系。方法64例不孕症患者分为自然周期（NC）组16例、克罗米芬-人绝经期促性腺激素-人绒毛膜促性腺激素（CC）组16例、人绝经期促性腺激素-人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HMG）组51例,共实施AIH83个周期。结果总周期临床妊娠率14．5％。NC组、CC组、HMG组的临床妊娠率和HCG注射Et尿LH阳性率分别为6．25％、18．75％、15．68％和87．5％、31．25％、52．9％,三组间尿LH阳性率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）;HCG注射13子宫内膜呈B型的临床妊娠率高于A型及C型;随着年龄增长,AIH临床妊娠率下降;不同授精时间妊娠率有不同。结论授精时间、a级精子活力、子宫内膜形态／厚度及女方年龄与AIH的临床妊娠率密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the pregnancy rate of artificial insemination by husband's sperm(AIH) and its related factors.Methods 64 infertility couples were divided into 3 groups-nature cycle(NC),clomiphene acide(CC) and human menopausal gonadotropin(HMG).They were performed for 83 AIH cycles.Results Pregnancy rate was 14.5%;pregnancy rate and ULH positive rate were respectively 6.25%,18.75%,15.68% and 87.5%,31.25%,and 52.9%,ULH positive rate had significant difference among 3 groups(... |
