脑卒中后运动障碍康复疗效的观察

３８９例脑卒中偏瘫住院患者按病程分为３组：组１ １２０你，病程〈３个月；组２ １６４例，病程４～１２个月；组３ １０５例，病程〉１年。３组患者在康复治疗前后均由康复医师采用上田敏篇瘫功能１２级法和Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ指数等方法对患者偏瘫肢体功能进行２～３次记忆评测。结果 ３组患者康复治疗后在肢体运动功能、手的功能、步行能力以及日常生活活动等方面均有进步；病程〈３个月的明显优于４～１２个月和〉１年的患者（

Observation of Therapeutic Effects of Rehabilitation Treatment for Movement Disturbance Following Stroke

389 inpatients with stroke were randomly divided into three groups: 120 cases with the duration less than 3 months (group A ). 164 cases with the duration between 4 to 12 months (group B) and 105 cases with the duration more than one year (group C). Before and after rehabilitation treatment. the hemiplegic 1imb function in the patients were assessed for 2 to 3 times by the method of 12 stages of Ueda Satoshi standardized hemiplegic function and activities of daily living (ADL ) barthel index. The results showed that the hemiplegic extremities' movement,hand function recovery, walking ability and the gain of ADL by barthel index in the group A was obviously irnproved than in the other two groups (P<0. 01 ).
