慢性乙型肝炎患者的观察与护理浅析

目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者的临床治疗及护理效果.方法:将我院收治的64例慢性乙型肝炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例,两组均给予干扰素治疗,对照组给予常规饮食护理,病情观察及治疗护理.观察组在对照组的基础上,采用综合护理干预方法进行.分析两组治疗、护理效果及不良反应发生情况.结果:两组经治疗及护理后,观察组与对照组患者对干扰素、慢性乙型肝炎相关知识均有程度不同的了解.观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理服务满意度优于对照组.经统计学分析,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用干扰素治疗后,给予相应综合护理措施,不良反应发生情况优于常规护理,护理满意度高于常规护理,使用方便,值得临床推广应用.

Observation and Nursing Analysis of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective:To study clinical treatment and nursing effect of the chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods:64 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients,randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group of 32 cases,both groups interferon treatment.The control group give regular diet nursing,observation and care nusring.The observation group give the comprehensive nursing intervention methods.Two groups of treatment and nursing care analysis of the effect and the adverse reaction.Results:After treatment and care,the two groups of patients were in chronic hepatitis b interferon and related knowledge of different levels of understanding.The observation group adverse reaction rate lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group nursing service satisfaction is better than the control group.After statistical analysis,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After treatment with interferon,give corresponding comprehensive nursing measures,adverse reaction than conventional care,care satisfaction than conventional care,easy to use,and worth to application at clinical.
