摘    要:目的观察早期足量使用自由基清除剂对已破裂颅内动脉瘤的治疗作用。方法 80例破裂的颅内动脉瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。治疗组在入院后即刻使用自由基清除剂,分别于发病1 w、2 w、3 w及12 w后分别进行疗效评价。结果治疗组在临床症状、神经功能评分及病死率等观察项目上均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期足量使用自由基清除剂治疗破裂的颅内动脉瘤,可明显提高疗效和减轻脑血管痉挛(CVS)及神经功能缺损的发生率,降低病死率。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of early and sufficient treatment with free radical scavengers on ruptured aneurysms. Methods Eighty clinical cases with intracranial aneurysms were randomly divided into treatment group (n=40) and control group (n=40). For the treatment group all patients were given free radical scavengers sufficiently and immediately after they were admitted to hospital,and the therapeutic effect at the 1 w, 2 w, 3 w and 12 w was evaluated, respectively. Results The efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The incidence of cerebral vasospasm (CVS) and delayed cerebral ischaemia (DCI) in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The neurological impairment scores in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Early and sufficient treatment with free radical scavengers obviously enhances the therapeutic effect and decreases the incidence of cerebral vascular spasm, neurological deficits and the death rate.
