佛山市食源性和人源沙门氏菌血清型分布与耐药性研究

摘    要:目的了解佛山市食源性和人源沙门氏菌的血清型分布和耐药性关系。为今后的防制工作及l临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用国家标准检测方法进行沙门氏菌检验,纸片扩散法进行抗微生物药物敏感性试验。结果48株沙门氏菌分离出6个群别17种血清型,其中23株食源性沙门氏菌分离出6个群别13种血清型,25株人源沙门氏菌分离出5个群别12种血清型,2个来源中有8种共同血清型,以B群、Cl群、E1群为主。食源性和人源沙门氏菌分别对10类13种和7类7种抗生素有耐药株,耐药率分别为72.2%和38.9%;有5种药敏谱相同;14株3种以上耐药的沙门氏菌有lO种多重耐药谱。结论佛山市食源性和人源沙门氏菌血清型差异不大,有多重耐药现象.提示应从动物和人类两方面引导抗生素的合理使用,建立从源头治理到最终消费目标明确的理性筛选控制体系。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the serotypes and drug resistance of food-born and human origu Salmonella, and provide the reference basis for clinical treatment. Methods The Salmonella was detected by the national standard methods. Drug sensitivity test was detected by K-B disk diffusion method. Results Seventeen serotypes from six groups of Salmonella were isolated from 48 strains Salmonella, in which 13 serotypes were isolated from 6 gropus of 23 strains and 12 serotypes from 5 groups of 25 strains. There are 8 common serotypes from 2 sources. B and C1 were the dominant serogroups. Food-borue Salmonella showed drug resistance on 13 kinds of 10 families of antibiotics. The human orign Salmonella showed drug resistance on 7 kinds of 7 families of antibiotics. The drug resistance rates of food-borne and human orign Salmonella were 72.2% and 38.9%, respectively. There are five kinds of same drug sensitive spectrum. 14 strains were resistant to more than 3 kinds of drugs, and 10 strains were multiple drug-resistant. Conclusions There are no obvious differences of serotypes between food-borne and human orign Salmonella in Foshan. Some strains showed multiple drug resistance, therefore guidance of rational use of antibiotics on animals and humans and the surveillance and control systems must be established.
