| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定缬沙坦原料的含量及有关物质测定方法。方法：以乙腈-水-冰醋酸（500：500：1）为流动相；检测波长为225nm，流速为1．0ml／rain。结果：在线性范围5．0～75．0ug／ml，r=0．9999，平均回收率100．9％（RSD％=0．49％，n=9）结论：该方法专属性好，准确，灵敏，用于缬沙坦含量的测定结果可靠。

| Abstract: | To establish a HPLC speetrophotometry method for the Quantitative analysis of the assay test and its related substances of Valsartan. Methods： MeCN： H20：CH3COOH= 500：500：1 as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0ml/min , and the detection wavelength was 225nm. Results： The linearity of calibration curve was in the range of 5.0-75.0ug / ml, and the rcorrelation coefficient was r=0.9999. The average recovery was 100.9~（RSD% =0.49% ,n--9）.Conclution： The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reliable for determination of valsartan. |
